We develop new, innovative and sustainable inks with the support of FEDER/CDTI funds

MA Inks is advancing innovation with a new research and development project, funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI). This initiative aims to create inks with innovative, sustainable, and market-leading properties. We continue to improve our energy efficiency with new sustainable solutions

At MA Inks, we continue to advance in sustainability and energy efficiency with new initiatives that optimize our processes and reduce our environmental footprint. Thanks to the support of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Region of Murcia, we have implemented key improvements in our facilities to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. Among the initiatives carried out are: Energy audit: A detailed study to identify savings opportunities and evaluate strategies to minimize energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.📌 Total investment: €5,900.00📌 Grant received: €4,000.00📌 EU financial support: €3,200.00 Equipment Upgrade: Replacing mixers and grinding systems with more efficient technology, achieving a significant reduction in energy consumption and emissions.📌 Annual energy savings: 29.52 toe/year📌 Annual GHG emissions reduction: 119.55 tCO₂📌 Total investment: €289,899.00📌 Grant received: €72,472.25📌 EU financial support: €57,977.80 These initiatives reinforce our commitment to sustainability and efficiency, contributing to a more responsible and environmentally friendly production model. We are boosting our digital development with the support of the ICT Check program

MA Inks has received a grant under the Program of Aid for the Contracting of Innovation Services, known as “ICT Check,” an initiative that is part of the national strategy to boost the digital economy. Thanks to this grant, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the 2014-2020 Operational Program, MA Inks will be able to incorporate technological solutions that promote the digitalization of its processes and the implementation of e-commerce tools. This boost allows us not only to improve our internal efficiency but also to strengthen our competitiveness in the national and international markets, reaffirming our commitment to continuous innovation and the digital transformation of the graphic arts sector.

We are committed to sustainability with a self-consumption photovoltaic installation

Within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union (NextGenerationEU), a subsidy has been granted in accordance with Royal Decree 477/2021 for energy self-consumption installations in the service sectors, other productive sectors, residential sector, public administrations and the third sector, as well as for thermal applications in the residential sector. This action is aimed at implementing grants that promote the use of renewable energy sources and the implementation of renewable thermal systems within the residential sector. Self-Consumption Photovoltaic Installation A 262.80 kWp facility has been developed using photovoltaic solar panels to reduce energy consumption from the electrical grid and reduce CO₂ emissions into the atmosphere. 📌 Objective: Call for grants for energy self-consumption installations in the service and other productive sectors, the residential sector, public administrations, and the third sector, as well as thermal applications in the residential sector.📌 Annual energy savings: 21.27 tep/year📌 Annual GHG emissions savings: 86.14 tCO₂📌 Application status: Granted📌 Total investment made: €183,000.00📌 Grant awarded: €42,612.12 This project is part of the company’s commitment to energy transition and sustainability, aligned with the objectives of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan and the European guidelines for reducing the carbon footprint.
