Martínez Ayala, S.A. has implemented an integral management system whose main objective is to offer products and services oriented to satisfy the demands of printers, offering customized solutions and with a quality and exclusive advisory and technical service. All of this in accordance with national and international environmental standards in force and generating the least possible impact. The scope of our integral system is the design, manufacture and commercialization of inks and varnishes for the graphic arts (typography and offset).
Our quality and environmental policy defines the commitment to carry out our productive activity within the parameters of sustainable development and keeping identified and controlled all environmental aspects and the environmental impacts associated with them. It also establishes a common framework for the definition of objectives and the implementation of activities that contribute to the continuous improvement of the integrated management system, with a human team focused on quality and continuous improvement in such a way that allows us to position ourselves in the national and international market in a solid, lasting and profitable way.
In order to fulfill this commitment and achieve the established objectives, Martínez Ayala S.A. has identified and implemented the following fundamental principles:
- To ensure the identification and compliance with the legal requirements applicable to our activity and the requirements voluntarily assumed by the organization, as well as to determine and comply with the requirements of our customers, anticipating non-conformities and always giving a prompt, constructive and favorable response.
- To ensure the protection of the environment, working in a respectful way, preventing pollution and minimizing the environmental effects produced as a consequence of the productive activity.
- To promote research and development of technologies and products that contribute to the protection of the environment and reduce the impact generated, as well as to promote the use of the most environmentally friendly raw materials and the safety of workers, always offering the highest quality to our customers.
- Define measurable and specific environmental and quality objectives, which are reviewed periodically to check their adequacy to the situation and evolution of the organization, as well as to establish representative indicators of the status and evolution of the established objectives.
- To maintain and increase the awareness and awareness of all employees of Martínez Ayala, S.A., promoting and carrying out training related to the environment and quality and encouraging active participation on their part. All of this in a work environment that favors the promotion of quality and care for the environment.
- To promote a sustainable use of all the resources used for the development of our activity, as well as to adapt our productive processes to optimize to the maximum the resources available to the company.
- Establish agile and efficient communication with our customers in order to ensure that quality and environmental requirements are communicated and known by both parties.
- Encourage the continuous reduction of waste generated by our activity, promote the co-management of the waste generated and encourage the use of renewable energies.
- Respect the nature and biodiversity of the environment in which MartínezAyala, S.A.’s facilities are located.
- Ensure the review and continuous improvement of our integrated quality and environmental management system through internal and external audits.
