Martínez Ayala, S.A., in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management System according to the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard, provides you with the environmental requirements that the suppliers and subcontractors we work with must apply during the supply of the product or service:
- Those wastes generated in Martínez Ayala, S.A. from the activities carried out by the subcontracted company shall be separated and stored in accordance with what is communicated by the personnel of Martínez Ayala, S.A. In case of doubt, the person in charge of the environment should be consulted.
- Suppliers of raw materials and auxiliary products must inform on the degree of danger of the product, providing safety data sheets in all cases.
- Products and raw materials purchased should be offered without unnecessary excess packaging and, as far as possible, in reusable or recyclable containers.
- It is strictly forbidden to discharge any type of waste into the sewage system.
- In the event of an accident or accidental leakage during the performance of work in the installations of Martínez Ayala, S.A., the personnel of the subcontracted company must immediately contact the personnel of Martínez Ayala, S.A. so that they can indicate how to proceed.
- The vehicles and machinery to be used within the facilities of Martínez Ayala, S.A. must be in good maintenance conditions, in relation to noise and gas emissions and without spills or leaks of oil or other products.
- If during the transport of any product or waste coming from Martínez Ayala, S.A., the subcontracted company must immediately contact Martínez Ayala, S.A.’s environmental manager.
- In addition, subcontractors and suppliers of raw materials and auxiliary products shall:
- Be aware of the environmental regulations applicable to its activity.
- Prevent and control air pollution, noise pollution and discharges.
- Avoiding waste of resources, especially water and energy
- Correct management of waste generated
